Police Recruitment Updates
The police constable will start filling up the forms for the new recruitment in the next few days.
All the administrative process has been completed by the Police Board. With the permission of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the notice will be published on the website.
Necessary instruction under Lokarakshak and PSI recruitment: Shri Hasmukh Patel
The old address Raksha Shakti University, New Mental Corner, Meghaninagar, Ahmedabad - 380016 has been omitted in the print out of the application form of Lokarakshak. Instead, the address shown in the advertisement should be taken into thought . The address has been modified. No need to fill up the form again.
A domicile certificate is not required to apply for Lokarakshak.
The last date for accepting Lokarakshak recruitment application is 9/11/21. Instead of waiting till the end, candidates are advised to apply at the beginning. So far, 1.5 lakh applications have been received.
Separate forms will have to be filled for both PSE and Lok Rakshak. The last date for police recruitment is 27/10/21.
All certificates for Lokarakshak recruitment should be issued by 9/11/2021.
Color blind candidates do not qualify for Lokarakshak recruitment.
EWS candidates see the issue of advertisement 10 for the duration of the certificate.
Certificate of not being in the advanced category issued in the financial years 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 will be considered valid for SEBC candidates. (See Advertising Issue 9)
The time of written examination in Lokarakshak recruitment is 3 hours. One hundred questions, one hundred marks, two hours.
Candidates who have filled the form for recruitment of PSE and also want to apply for Lokarakshak will have to apply separately. The physical test will be taken together
They will get marks based on the time taken by the candidate in Lokarakshak recruitment and it will be taken into consideration in merit.
Changes in Lokarakshak Recruitment Rules: All candidates who have passed the physical test i.e. male running five kilometers in 25 minutes and women running 1600 meters in 9.5 minutes and passing the height-weight-chest standard will be given the opportunity of written test
