Vikas Gatha E-Dedication of 40 houses in Uza of Mehsana Prajahit's works are also being carried out in the state of Corona epidemic.  The state government has undertaken development works keeping in view every dimension, such as Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi has announced a resolution that all people should have a year home by the year 2022. 

By working hard in that direction, the state government has achieved the target of 3 lakh houses.  With this goal in mind, 50 houses recently constructed at Ramnagar by Umra Municipality of Mehsana district were e-inaugurated by Chief Minister Shri Vijaybhai Rupani from Gandhinagar in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Shri Nitinbhai Patel.  


Chief Minister Shri Vijaybhai Rupani said that the dream of people's home has started to come true through the government's housing scheme.  He said that all the facilities including sewerage, water, lights, roads and sanitation have been provided in the houses being constructed by the government and wished all the families who got the houses well.  


The Deputy Chief Minister said that housing schemes are being formulated by the government keeping in view the poor and middle class families.  The work done by the municipality at Uza in Mehsana district is commendable for the beneficiaries to get a house at a convenient low price.  This is the construction of 30 houses at TP-07 Final Plot No. 20 under Ramnagar Himara Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana by Uza Municipality.  


90 EWS-2 dwellings have been constructed at an cost of Rs. 20.7 crore in an area of ​​1908.11 sq. M.  As a reward from the State Government and the Central Government, the housing beneficiary has been given a house with a carpet area of ​​50 square meters at a cost of Rs. 3.50 lakh.  The accommodation scheme has two bed rooms, one hall, kitchen, toilet, bathroom and gallery. 
 

Apart from this, the complex has been equipped with electricity, water, underground sewerage system, parking, street light, resiroad, anganwadi, garden, compound hall, 3 rooms and other well-equipped accommodation facilities. 

 Jugalsinh Lokhandwala, Uza MLA Dr.  Ashaben Patel, along with district leaders, members of the municipality, officials, office bearers and beneficiaries were present and watched the program through video conferencing.  Is Gujarat (Mogars, 2020)
