Examination of 1602 students on 14 Feb in Patan The entrance exam was delayed for 6 months after the form was filled, the decision was taken after submission In order to avoid allegations of examination by the university, this time the PhD entrance examination will be conducted offline OMR system instead of online with police presence and CCTV recording in which 1602 students registered from across the state will appear. After completing the form filling process for admitting students to more than 400 seats in 24 subjects in Hemchandracharya University, the process of conducting the entrance examination was disrupted for the last six months due to Diwali vacation and elections. 

It has been decided to hold the exam after repeated representations by the students and appointment of a new vice-chancellor in charge.





In order to ensure that there is no controversy in the examination and students get admission in a transparent manner, the university has formed a committee with a new convener and decided to conduct the entrance examination offline instead of online.

 The entrance exam will be held on February 14 at the North Gujarat Education Campus instead of the university campus. In which 1602 students will give the exam. Only the teachers of U.G. University will be placed in the supervisor, the result of the exam will be declared on the same day. Instead of bringing in outsiders as supervisors in the exam, the teachers of the departments of the campus will be placed as supervisors in order to avoid malpractice in the examination.

This entrance exam will be held on February 14 at Gujarat Education Campus. In which 1602 students will give the exam. Only the teachers of U.G. University will be placed in the supervisor, the result of the exam will be declared on the same day. 

Instead of bringing in outsiders as supervisors in the exam, the teachers of the departments of the campus will be placed as supervisors in order to avoid malpractice in the examination. Also, the result of this exam will be announced so that the students can solve any question. 

CCTVs will be installed in all the classrooms with tight police presence to record the entire examination. Registrar Dr. Chirag Patel said that.
