Pradhan Mantri Yashshwi Yojana, for students of class 9 and 12
Pradhan Mantri Yashshvi Yojana has been launched. This scholarship scheme is announced by the Department of Social Sciences and Officials under India SSC Entrance Examination. Any candidate who clears this examination will be awarded a scholarship and a scholarship.
This scholarship is provided by the government and the candidates will be required to clear the entrance exam which is conducted by the National Testing Agency.
Pradhan Mantri Yashaswi Scholarship Scheme is a scholarship to students belonging to Backward Classes, Economically Backward Classes and Free Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes up to Rs.
Objective of Pradhan Mantri Yashshwi Yojana
Earlier, scholarships were given by the central and state governments through different schemes and rules, but the students were getting less benefit from the schemes of the state governments. So far no new initiatives have been taken in post 10th scholarship since 1944 so this scheme has been started to suit the present times.

Aid Standard of Pradhan Mantri Yashaswi Scholarship
Under this scheme, students of class 11 will be given a scholarship of Rs.75000 and students of class 11 will get a scholarship of Rs.1,25,000.
The scholarship amount will be directly deposited into the bank account.
Eligibility of Pradhan Mantri Yashaswi Scholarship
The student should be a permanent citizen of India.
Students belonging to OBC, EWS and DNT categories will be benefited under this scheme.
Only students studying in 9th and 11th standard will get the benefit of this scheme.
The annual income of the parents of the child availing the scheme should not exceed 2.50 lakhs.
Students filling the form in class 9 should be born between 01 April 2006 to 31 March 2010.
Students filling the form in class 11 should be born between 01 April 2004 to 31 March 2008.
Brothers and sisters can fill online form for this scheme.
NTA YET Exam Pattern
This exam will be conducted through Computer Based Test (CBT).
The exam will be of total 300 marks and the duration will be 3 hours.
