"પરીક્ષા પે ચર્ચા" કાર્યક્રમ અંગેની સૂચનાઓ

સૂચનાઓ

1. કાર્યક્રમનું પ્રસારણ દુરદર્શનની તમામ ચેનલ પર અને Youtube પર

2. દરેક શાળાઓએ બાયસેગની કનેક્ટિવિટી ચેક કરી લેવી. ગ્રુપમાં જાણ કરવી.

3. ધો.6 થી 8, 9 થી 11 અને આશ્રમશાળાના વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ કાર્યક્રમ ફરજીયાત નિહાળવાનો રહેશે.

4. http://mygov.in/ppc-2022 linkમાં 5 ફોટો અને સંખ્યા ભરવાની રહેશે.

5. સરપંચશ્રી, જિલ્લા અને તાલુકા પંચાયત સદસ્યશ્રી, સ્થાનિક આગેવાનો, શિક્ષણવીદ અને SMCના સભ્યોને આમંત્રણ આપવું.

6. બાળકો માટે તિથીભોજનનું આયોજન કરવું.

7. કાર્યક્રમ પૂરો થયાના 1 કલાકમાં તમામ શાળાઓની કાર્યક્રમ નિહાળનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સંખ્યા અને 5 ફોટો મોકલવાના રહેશે.

નોંધઃ સદર કાર્યક્રમને અગ્રતા આપીને સમયસર આયોજન કરવું.

SOP for uploading photos of "PPC 2022"by School on MyGov portal

PART A: Click a group photo along with the students (Watching PPC 2022 PM Event) (Assisted by School officers)

1. Make sure the photo clarity is good and appropriate.

2. With each entry you are allowed to upload a maximum 5 Photos with a size limit of photos not exceeding 10 MB. (2 MB size of each photo)

PART B: Data entry of Photos with MyGov

1. Click on the link https://www.mygov.in/ppc-2022

2. Click on Upload Photo section

3. Login on MyGovAuth

4. Enter the details as follows

4.1 Name (mandatory)

4.2 Email Id

4.3 Mobile Number (mandatory)

4.4 UDISE code of school

4.5 Name of School (mandatory) 4.6 School State (mandatory)

4.7 School District (mandatory) 4.8 Number of students watching the event (mandatory)

4.9 Upload Photo-Max 5 with total size not exceeding 10 MB (2 MB per image)

Important: Atleast one image is mandatory.

5. Click on submit, a popup will appear with the text "Data entered successfully". Note: Maximum 3 entries are allowed per UDISE code/School is permitted for data entry in PPC 2022.
