Most of the sanitary napkins made by this group are procured by the district health department.  In collaboration with the health department, about 3 lakh sanitary napkins are provided free of cost to young women and girls at Anganwadi, schools, colleges and health centers every year.

As a result, the use of sanitary wipes in school and college girls is made aware from the very beginning.  The information they provide during adolescence comes to them from school.  As a result, shame has been replaced by self-confidence.

In Dahod district, rural women are mostly involved in economic activities along with work.  There is also a large number of women who understand that they are spilled for agriculture, animal husbandry or labor.  Understanding the use of sanitary napkins then is a very useful task for them

Women Empowerment Degawada Sakhi Mandal's exemplary story produces about 100 sanitary pads.  There is a nugget in one of the sanitary pads.  Priced at Rs.  Is posh.  Every woman earns at least Rs 5,000.  As a result, their standard of living has risen.

Rmishthaben Patel of Jayalakshmi Self Help Group says that this industry has given us the confidence to live with self-respect.  We are getting our daily necessities of life easily from this earnings.

There is a big difference in our economic situation.  Many women have also raised dairy cattle from this income.  * Mahendra Parmar When health is directly linked to hygiene, women need special care at the time of Marmi.  Resulting in infection in rural women.

There are great benefits to falling ill.  Lack of use of sanitary napkins also puts young women and women under special stress.  At a time when it is difficult for poor rural women to buy expensive sanitary napkins, the sanitary napkins made by the women of Degawadi village in Limkheda taluka of Dahod are purchased by the health department and given free of cost at various schools, anganwadis and health centers in the district.  The work is done.
