10/11/2071 with letter from Ministry of Power, Government of India. According to the letter dated 07/11/2021, the Ministry of Power (MoP) has been organizing school, state and national level drawing competitions every year since 2009 with the objective of motivating children towards energy conservation.
The activity is being carried out by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) on behalf of the Ministry of Energy with the active support of CPSUs under the Ministry and the State Education Department. POWERGRID Gandhinagar has been appointed as the nodal office in the state of Gujarat for organizing the above competitions.
This year in Group-A, Std-6, 8, 9 and in Group-B, Std-8, 9, 10, competitions are planned according to two groups. The themes for which are (1) Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, Energy Efficien India and (2) Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, Cleaner Planet.

Students will have to personally register for the state level drawing competition online from 01 November 2021 to 31 November 2021 at www.bee-studentsaward.in.
They have organized a state level drawing competition from 9th December to 10th December 2021. For the first, second and third place students in the state level and national level drawing competition, consolation prize distribution has been organized.
Details of the name nodal officer of the state are attached herewith.
This year, on the occasion of "Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav", it has been decided to celebrate 5 years of independence on the theme of energy efficient India. So that students, teachers and parents can be made aware of the importance of energy conservation.
Details of drawing competition and list of state level nodal officers have been uploaded on www.beeinda.gov.in. After the online registration of the students in person, drawing competitions will be organized at the following places.
