 Candidates should be selected by the recruitment selection committee in a fair, transparent and impartial manner.  As well as direct recruitment will have to be advertised in newspapers and its applications will have to be obtained online. . In the present recruitment, the selection of candidates and recruitment should be done in a very neutral and fair manner by strictly following the recruitment rules of the place and the existing policy instructions regarding the recruitment of the General Administration Department. 

 All administrative matters relating to solicitation, determination, verification and result etc.

 The Bharti Selection Committee shall prepare a selection list of eligible candidates / its result and send it to the Director, Developing Caste Welfare and the Director, Scheduled Caste Welfare. 

 Candidates selected by the Director, Developing Caste Welfare and the Director, Scheduled Caste Welfare shall be appointed on fixed salary for the first five years as per the provisions of the resolutions, circulars of the Finance Department and General Administration Department. 

 As well as the resolutions / circulars from time to time of the Finance Department and General Administration Department have to be strictly followed.
