Big announcement of Modi government, 30 lakh government employees will get Diwali bonus
Diwali gift given by Modi government to 30 lakh central employees, find out by what
date bonus will be given Union Minister Prakash Javadekar, while briefing the cabinet on
the decision, said that before Dussehra or Durga Puja, a bonus of Rs 3,737
crore would be paid to 30 lakh central government employees.
The Union Cabinet has taken a big decision regarding Jammu and Kashmir. Accordingly,
the Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati
Raj Act, 1989 has been approved. Although many welfare laws were in place in India,
they were not enforced in Jammu and Kashmir. This decision today will benefit the people
of Chhewada.

The government has announced to give Diwali bonus to 30 lakh government employees.
This decision was taken in the meeting of Modi cabinet held on Wednesday. Giving
information about the decisions of the cabinet, Union Minister Prakash Javadekar
said that the money will be transferred directly to the accounts of the employees through
direct benefit transfer. He informed that immediate transfer of money has been ordered.
Earlier, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had announced a special festival advance
scheme for government employees. Through this scheme employees will be able to take
Rs. 10 thousand in advance.
30 lakh employees will benefit
The Union Cabinet has approved productivity and non-productivity linked bonuses for
the financial year 2019-20. This announcement will benefit 3 million non-gazetted employees.
Union Minister Prakash Javadekar, while giving information about the decision of the cabinet,
said that before Vijayadashami or Durga Puja, the payment of bonus of Rs 3737 crore to
30 lakh employees of the central government will start immediately.
